Jaipur is a major tourist destination among Indians as well as international travellers. It belongs to the tourist Golden Triangle of Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. Jaipur's nickname, the Pink City, is due to its distinctly coloured buildings, which were painted this colour to imitate the red sandstone architecture of Mughal cities.
The distance from Delhi to Jaipur is 280km and takes approx 5 hours to reach. It is one of the best highways to take a road trip.

Visit Amber Fort & Jal Mahal
Upon arrival, you can explore the Amber fort.
Amer Fort or Amber Fort is known for its artistic style elements. With its large ramparts and series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks Maota Lake, which is the main source of water for the Amer Palace. After visiting Amber fort, drive to the Pink City en-route take a photo stop at Jal Mahal (Water Palace). -
